Most appraisals are delivered within 24 hours after you submit your vehicle details. In some cases, we may need additional photos, documents, or clarification. If so, we’ll contact you right away and continue working to deliver your report as quickly as possible.

As much as possible! At a minimum, we require the year, make, model, VIN, mileage, and basic details about the vehicle. You’ll also need to provide clear photos of the exterior, interior, engine bay, and VIN tag. The more information you share, the more accurate and thorough your appraisal will be.

Absolutely. Even with limited details, we can often identify the model and provide a baseline valuation. Just send clear photos of the car, VIN (if possible), and any paperwork you have.
